Fencing
I fenced sabre for the UNH fencing
team. Excellent coaches and great teammates. I fenced regualarly for 3 years and
it was a wonderful time. Fencing can be a lot of fun. I participated in
the second annual USA Collegiate Fencing Club National Championship in April 2004 (article).
That is when I understood that fencing can be hard on you, if you go for it :).I enjoyed it a lot, but it is too lienear and too much of a sport activity (they did not let us fence with the sharp weapons), so eventually I decided to move on. Now I enjoy playing fencing time to time but not on a regular basis. I would like to say a huge thanks specificaly to Brian Grant - our saber coach. He is a man!
